Recently I was painting with ink and when washing the brushes out became fascinated with the shapes created by the shapes and forms the ink made as it fell through the water. I photographed this as it was happening, but after looking back at them decided that videoing them would look better, it was much nicer seeing the movement and the transitions of the shapes and colour of the water and the two different colour inks fell through each other. The video is only a minute long as it was just a test but is something i would like to try again on a larger scale.

Long Exposure..
These photos were for a photography project on the theme of Foreground, Middle ground and Background whilst incorporating movement. these were all done with a long exposure, i.e. keeping the shutter open for 8-10 seconds and having the model 'draw with light' as this leaves a trail of light the whole time the shutter is open, and have them move around capturing their different positions with a flashgun. I used the rabbit mask that i had from halloween to make it look a bit sinister and strange. feedback..?
